My project topic is supporting new graduate throughout their transitioning and beyond.

1-What theory or conceptual framework are you using to support your idea for your quality improvement project?
2-How will this theory or conceptual framework help guide your ideas for your project development?

Choose a middle-range theory or grand theory that, in your opinion, can be applied to practice. What are the assumptions underpinning this theory? Discuss how this theory finds application in your area of practice.
List three important items that belong within a project management plan, and the importance of breaking the project into phases. Please comment on the importance of obtaining sponsorship approval when concluding each phase of the project
Select any sexual health program that has been evaluated. In 3–4 pages, describe the project. What were the results of the evaluation of the project? What were future recommendations and implications for project?

What led to your current perspective and direction?
