Mentions why improvements are important. Each action plan is missing one of these elements: clearly states
the goal and why it is important, timeframe and how it will be achieved. Overall, work is well organized.
30 points – For each competency, discusses some accomplishments and areas for improvement. Reasonably
well organized.
15 points – Lists all or most accomplishments and areas for improvement for each competency.
