Presentation to Administrative Stakeholders

Presentation to Administrative Stakeholders

You will often have to develop and deliver presentations as an executive leader in health care. This skill is extremely important to develop for your ability to build stakeholder engagement to create, support, and sustain care delivery changes.

For this Assignment, you will evaluate one example of healthcare delivery in a specific healthcare setting that effects a positive change using nursing informatics. Think about an informatics structure that you have read about or the informatics structure in your current or a prior organization and what you would add, change, or revise to enhance information system support. Some examples are the roles in a nursing informatics department and what you would add or change to support the end users of information systems, who could be staff or patients in a remote setting. Another example is the development of new system technology and what it takes to actually deploy it in practice related to education on the system. There are many ways to approach this Assignment. Be creative and think about your organization and what you would like to enhance or change using nursing informatics as a support system for care delivery.
