My project idea is
supporting new graduate throughout their transitioning and beyond. Please refer to order 113850 for ideas.
As a leader in practice, you need to define the issue and or problem that should be addressed using best practices. To do this, you will have to define the gap in practice using a PICOT question and executive summary. The executive summary will explain the current issue using the PICOT question and pertinent background information on the topic. Next, you will explain best practice(s) and how that can be applied in the situation you identified in your PICOT question. You will then state your recommendations moving forward to enhance patient care delivery. You will conclude with a brief overview highlighting the importance of this needed change in practice.
The executive summary should be in APA format with a title page, running head and headers with page numbers, title on the first page of text, appropriate headings for each section of the summary, and a reference list with parenthetical citations for at the end of the executive summary.
