One of the ways we learn about leadership is by examining real business cases to see how our text’s leadership lessons are operational in daily business challenges.
This Discussion and Response assignment will work a little differently than others you have completed in the course, so be sure to read the instructions thoroughly.
Your initial Discussion post, (450-550 words), due Day 4, will be your analysis of the case as it pertains to your particular section of the chapter. (In other words, if you are responsible for the section on contingency theories, then you will read and analyze the case looking for and finding examples of the contingency theories- or stating that there is no example or use of a particular contingency theory).
You will post a cohesive and focused analysis. Be sure to clearly show your knowledge of the chapter content and your case analysis. You should be able to do a masterful job with this post since you are only responsible for one section of the chapter initially. Show what you know!
