Nursing theory
Educators must identify end of program student learning outcomes after the mission and philosophy have been aligned with that of the governing institution. Based on national standards for nursing practice and education programs (see sources below), discuss what characteristics and competencies nursing students need to possess when they have completed a nursing program. Write 4-5 end of program student learning outcomes based on these standards. Student posts should include a brief discussion of the characteristics and competencies graduates need along with the identified outcomes.
