I have also included due dates weekly as I will be needing subsequent portions of the manual due each week. Right now, the FOURTH PART (Working Stage) of my paper is due and should include the following:
Consider the following questions as you draft Sessions 5 and 6 focusing on Stage 4, the Working Stage (see Assignment 14.1: Group Manual).
• Identify how you, as a group leader, would recognize and identify characteristics of the working stage within your group.
• Discuss some interventions you, as the group leader, might employ during the working phase of the group process.
• Gerald Corey’s text (Theory and Practice of Group Counseling) identifies several therapeutic factors of the group. Discuss one of these characteristics and what processes in your group would illustrate it.
Write a double-spaced paper with a minimum of three references (two of which are scholarly) in APA format.

- Describe an ethical dilemma that you experienced, or have witnessed in a change leader when attempting to initiate change. How was the ethical dilemma resolved? What can a change leader use to guide decision-making when faced with an ethical dilemma?
