Intentional Rounding to Improve a Fall Prevention Protocol

Intentional Rounding to Improve a Fall Prevention Protocol  INTRODUCTION
Note: You must have completed and passed the performance assessment and clinical practice experience (CPE) for D159: Evidence-Based Measures for Evaluating Healthcare Improvements before beginning this performance assessment.
In this task, you will create and record a conference-ready multimedia presentation for your Healthcare Improvement Project (HIP) proposal. You will also create an interview guide that will be used during the capstone.

During your clinical practice experience (CPE), you were evaluated on whether the “Presentation Outline” and “Interview Guide” were completed. In this task, these two elements will be evaluated on content and quality of completion. The CPE provides you an opportunity to practice and improve these two elements before including them in your performance assessment.
