Intentional Rounding to Improve a Fall Prevention Protocol. As we discussed: The course requirements include 2 tasks and 1 CPE (Phase 1 and Phase 2 GoReact Videos, summaries of the videos, schedule, kick-off meeting agenda, interview guide, and presentation outline).
Task 1 really focuses on what you did or would have done for full implementation-we will create a kick-off meeting agenda, reflect on D155 leadership skills, and what could be incorporated into a meeting to gain buy-in or create excitement of the protocol
Intentional Rounding to Improve a Fall Prevention Protocol.
Task 1 will also require us to think about all the training required to roll out the project (method of training/schedule of events/ expectation or outcomes), as well as validation that the training was effective.
We then move into project management strategies-ensure that there are no barriers, monitoring and supporting the staff through the implementation process, and monitoring of budget and schedule.
Task 2 is the Panopto recording that comes from your HIP Introduction to your HIP, including a description of purpose and scope-comes from D156 Synthesis of the literature-D156.
Explanation of HIP addresses a gap you identified in the literature-D156-the goal is to close the gap-Smart Goals.
Then:
Overview of proposed project plan-D156-stakeholder & goals, D157-raci & budget, D158-Gantt/population/who, D159-how will we evaluate, collect data, evaluation and benchmarking. Overview of proposed implementation plan-L160-agenda.
Overview of proposed evaluation & closure plan-D159.
Conclusion of HIP-describe how the potential success of the project may inform future outcomes Please feel free to email or book time with me for additional support.

Let me know if this cannot be done in 6 pages. We can add more. But it doesn’t have to be too complicated. Also, when this is completed I will need a PowerPoint presentation that outlines the whole project from start to finish.
But I\’ll create a new order for that once this is completed.
