Directions: Write a 2-4 page paper in APA format describing the implementation of evidence-based practice for a BSN nurse. Describe 5 steps: (1) problem identification; (2) search for research; (3) critical appraisal of research; (4) apply research evidence to practice, and (5) assess outcomes of the EBP. Include a minimum of 2 professional sources from the nursing knowledge base. (Professor wants us to use PUB MED, but peer reviewed articles no later then 5 yrs.)
