Describe advocacy strategies that you can use as a leader to create positive change in your current workplace. In response to peers, describe a time when you provided leadership and the outcome. Was there anything that you would do differently?
Discuss two strategies that can be used for leading change. How do these strategies increase stakeholder support and create momentum for a change initiative to be successful? Why might you want to consider including the most vocal critic of the change initiative in your guiding team?
Review and reflect on the course resources. Conduct a home or work site assessment to identify a health-damaging environmental factor. Then write a 2-3 page paper that describes the history of the problem, its effects on the health of the family or workers, barriers to solving the problem, resources needed to solve the problem, and strategies to obtain resources, if they are not available to solve the problem.
