CLC group project/ my part Clinical Protocol- stems

Re:Re:Final CLC paper.
My part will be the clinical protocol for our EBP – proposal I will forward attachments for this order with writer 1006.

Hi Cheryl, the paper we\’re writing should be 750-1000 words, and if we go the full 1000, you may only have 500 or less words to work with for the protocol. We need an intro and the intervention plan, too. The website listed below for sjsu.edu, was al little bit helpful to explain protocol. It recommended AHRQ National Guideline Clearinghouse, and is the website guidelines.gov, which is what Dr. Jenkins recommended as well. Type in: intravascular catheter infection. I don\’t really have any other suggestions.

Hi Cheryl, the protocol would be a new or revision of the current clinical protocol – it is the addition of how your new evidence based intervention adds to the current protocol or changes it. The protocol will consist of the changes you will implement into practice via the implementation plan. Let me know if you have any questions!
CLC paper should be 750-1000 words. It should include the protocol and plan. The rubric expectations includes:
1) Clinical Guidelines: (Dr. Jenkins suggested guidelines.gov). Clinical guidelines should be clear, justified by evidence, guidelines will help the reader understand its purpose and process, and expected outcomes shall be identified and realistic.
2) Implementation Plan: Plan for implementation including, timeline and criteria for evaluating outcomes is detailed, and clear, and feasible. Drivers for change are identified and addressed.
The rest of the grading criteria includes organization, writing mechanics, format, participation, and correct citations.
I think we need one person to complete an introduction that should include the problem statement, literature review evidence that supports our clinical problem and helps to compare other evidence to answer our question. The clinical protocol was originally assigned to Cheryl, and once it is written, we may all help to refine it if needed.
The implementation plan was originally assigned to Brent, and same goes for it—to help refine if need. Remember that this assignment is a paper of 750-1000 words. We do not need to combine other assignments into it except brief inclusions that help our points like other literature or guidelines that support our project. This paper will be submitted to Dr. Jenkins due next Wed. but also to DQ- 8-1 for the rest of the class to comment. These are my suggestions—any volunteers for the introduction?? Or, any suggestions? We need to start soon so we may edit.
CLC – EBP Develop Clinical Guideline and Implementation Plan
This is a Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) assignment.
In a 750-1,000 word paper, complete the protocol and write the plan to pilot the change in practice.
The clinical guidelines should include the problem statement, EBP question, literature review, research synthesis, the clinical protocol, and the implementation plan. Identify specific, realistic patient outcomes that will be used for evaluating the clinical guidelines.
The implementation plan for the protocol should include a timeline with criteria for evaluating the outcomes. Barriers/Obstacles or drivers for change should be identified and addressed.
Refer to the \”CLC Assignment: Evidence-Based Project (EBP) Student Guide\” for additional guidance.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
